We are here to support you, not reinvent the wheel!

There are two parts to successfully regaining your health on a Ketogenic / Low Carb diet. Firstly, there is the food we eat. The diet itself. This will eliminate cravings and stop the hormonal disregulation that causes the body to store fat and not release it. The second part is maintaining the belief in the efficacy of LCHF and sticking to this way of eating, even after shedding the excess weight. Supporting people and letting you know you are not alone is the reason this group exists. We need to row with both oars to be successful.

We host online meetings via Zoom. These meetings are for mutual support and consist of a presentation, testimonials, and breakout rooms to meet and chat to other members.

We will point you towards  resources available to those following the Keto diet. These include blogs, quotes from and links to doctors and authors who support this way of living.

Get access to our support meetings

As a member you can come along to any of our Zoom support meetings. These are on Zoom and consist of a short educational presentation, interviews with members who wish to share their story, followed by a series of one to ones.
